Dialog designs and implements tailor-made trainings, facilitates workshops, conferences, teambuilding events and multi-stakeholder meetings. We conduct academic research and carry out studies and assessments in our areas of specialization. We offer coaching services for project staff on different management levels. We carry out project evaluations, project progress reviews as well as project appraisals and concept development for new cooperation projects.


We use project planning methods, such as logframe, PCM (project cycle management), and management tools such as Capacity Works. We work with systemic coaching methods and action learning.

We believe in individual solutions that match the context you are working in, the team you are working with, the people you are targeting with your programs and projects and the objectives and change processes you and your partners are striving for.

We believe in a systemic approach that offers a multi-level perspective on the analysis and understanding of the past and gives way to successful future developments.

We are aware of the importance of intercultural competency, conflict sensitivity and gender balance and include these aspects in our work.
